This case represents a severe discopathy which based on the imaging study alone in most clinical opinions, required surgical decompression. However, because of complicating medical conditions it was decided to try a conservative treatment protocol as the first step.
Because the response to treatment by the DPPP-SAA system can be effectively measured within the first tree sessions, it makes this system ideal in borderline acute cases such as this.
This specific case has provided the opportunity to make clinical observation regarding the effectiveness of the DPPP-SAA system in advanced discopathies.
