Climbing Note
I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to the families of our fellow mountaineers who lost their lives during the recent avalanche accident involving the Kolenjo summit. Even so, the involved risks of alpine climbing is a well-understood reality among mountaineers, nevertheless, accidents such as this affect us each in a very deep and profound way.
I can only hope, that we do not witness similar unfortunate events in the future.
