Climbing Note
The recent rescue of Elizabeth Revol on Nanga Parga by elite mountaineers Adam Bielecki and Denis Urubko not only represented true professionalism at work, but it also demonstrated the strong sense of humanity shared by these mountaineers. Their action speaks louder than any words which can possibly attempt to describe their heroic action, and must serve as a reminder to all mountaineers, of the true spirit of this sport.
Our heart and prayer are with the family of Tomasz Mackiwiecz who remains at his beloved Nanga Parga.
