Photography Note
The Season of Colors
Autumn is here once again. This is perhaps the preferred season for landscape photography, as it provides the opportunity to see an array of colors throughout the natural landscape. However, the time period to see this natural wonder is rather limited particularly in the mountainous regions. It is also within these higher altitude slopes that the most diverse color tones can be found.
As with all photography, proper natural lighting is pivotal to obtaining a quality photo, which requires being at the right location, and at the right time of the day. And of-course, there are variables from one season to the next. The good news is that the correct “timing” helps to eliminate the need for the use of filters or post exposure manipulations, which can hardly equal the quality of the origional natural exposure.
