Note: The extern student may only participate in Chiropractic Adjustment set – ups, instrument familiarization, treatment protocol reviews, but he / or she is prohibited to apply or deliver Chiropractic Adjustments to the patient, regardless of the utilized technique.

Notice: Completion of Preceptor-ship Program regardless of duration and / or content cannot be applied towards the Chiropractic Clinical Competency Program requirements necessary for all licensed Doctors of Chiropractic who may wish to obtain licensure in Iran.

Legal Notice: Any violation of the fore-mentioned prohibitions are considered practice negligence and can lead to disciplinary action against the Designated Doctor as well as the student extern, including future licensure refusal and / or license revocation by the Iranian Medical Council judiciary court.

Important Notice: Please note that Doctors of Chiropractic in Iran are officially recognized as Primary Health Care providers and as such the Chiropractic Profession is highly regulated by the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education – Deputy Ministry of Education; Academic Assessment & Accreditation Commission – Chiropractic Licensing Board (AAAC-CLB) responsible for Chiropractic Licensure. Furthermore, Doctors of Chiropractic are official members of the Iranian Medical Council, and are required to abide by the current requirements and regulations set forth by this council.

The Iranian Chiropractic Association is also an officially recognized professional Medical Association, licensed and supervises by the Iranian Ministry of Health – Department of Medical Associations, and as such is highly regulated by the pertaining rules and regulations.
