At the time of her release from care, she did demonstrate good functional improvement with left SLR at 66 degrees causing only a mild strain. Patient was advised to abide by the prescribed restrictions, and also to perform stabilizer exercises level one.

This was followed up by a re-evaluation three weeks following the last treatment session, during which time she was pain free, except for a mild low back irritation during extended periods of standing. At this stage, indurative exercises in addition to extended water therapy program were prescribed.

Despite the expressed improvement of more than 90%, on the 0-10 scale during the re-evaluation, yet this patient was still concerned about her pregnancy plans, which I had recommended to be delayed for at least four months. following the last treatment session. Nevertheless, and based on her request, follow up MRI study was repeated 10 weeks following the initial MRI study seen on plates 4-6/6, confirms IVD structural improvement (Blue Arrows).

This patient was subsequently released with ergonomic recommendations. She was particularly advised regarding the importance of controlled weight gain during her planed pregnancy.

She was in fact monitored during her pregnancy, which fortunately was uneventful. She was re-examined postpartum, at which time she continued to be in a good functional state.
