Narrative (P-3)

At the time of her late referral, she once again complained of occasional pain around the right S.I. region within the past two weeks, with no radicular symptoms, and she had not performed the exercises as prescribed. She did also report having been completely symptom free during the previous 8 months. Physical examination revealed restricted of the right S.I. articulation, with all other ortho/neuro examinations within normal limits.

The patient was scheduled for two more sessions of treatment within one week, and strongly advised to abide by the re-habilitation exercises. Furthermore, a 2nd follow-up MRI study was also requested, the result of which can be seen on plate 7-10/10.

The patient was released from care and she was rescheduled for re-evaluation in 12 weeks, which once again she failed to attend because of her travel plans, but reported having been symptom free.
